MEGA GATHERING + TRACK PARADE (14/6 SATURDAY)
Open to Any 4-wheeled vehicle. Ie Sports, Classic, Sedan, Hatch Back, EV, Wagon, MPV, Suv, Van, Tractor etc.
1 purchase entitles 1 vehicle pass and 2 entry passes. Parking at designated spots.
Participants do not need to wear helmets for this event.
Participants can fetch the max occupants allowed by the vehicle manufacturer. Ie: if your MPV can carry 6 pax, 6 pax can be in the car during this event.
Please use the washroom before this event. It will last for around 1 hours are there are no toilets on the circuit itself. Bring drinking fluids to stay hydrated.
There is strictly no speeding or overtaking during this event. This is a parade, not a race. Average speed should be around 30-40kph. You are liable for all damages you cause on to the track and to yourself and or group. Be wary during group accelerations as it could come to a sudden halt. Always be prepared to brake early for the benefit and safety of the participants behind you.
If there is an emergency, signal right and carefully pull on to the right shoulder of the track. Unless there is an immediate danger with the vehicle, always remain in the vehicle. Assistance will come to you.
Participants will get a digital certificate of participation for this Malaysia Book Of Records attempt.
The aim is to set a new record for the Largest Gathering Of Vehicles in Sepang.
Participants are advised to come early around 11am to prepare for this record-breaking attempt that will begin at 4.30pm till 6.30pm.

Open to Any 2- or 3-wheel vehicle. Ie scooter, Harley, Can am, Vespa, Isetta, Ducatti, Kapchai.
1 purchase entitles 1 vehicle pass and 2 entry passes to the gathering and MALF2025 event. Parking at designated spots.
Participants are required to wear helmets for this event.

TRACKDAY CAR PARTICIPANTS
All Drivers must attend driver safety briefing & sign indemnity form.
Helmets, long pants, closed shoes and safety belts are compulsory. Fire extinguisher is strongly recommended.
Drivers must not consume alcohol for the entire duration of the trackday event.
Please make sure your vehicle is fit for track driving and no loose objects are in the car. Ensure Brakes and tires are in good condition. There are no oil or fluid leaks.
Each purchase allows entry for 1 vehicle, 1 driver and 1 passenger.
Additional crew or support vehicles will need to purchase passes separately.
Participating vehicles are allocated pit numbers and may not be changed.
Maximum occupants in the vehicle on track at any one time are 2pax.

TRACKDAY BIKE PARTICIPANTS
All Riders must attend rider safety briefing & sign the indemnity form.
Full-face helmet with securable visor, leather full or leather jackets & pants that zip together securely, leather motorcycle boots & gloves which overlap the jacket sleeve. Back & Chest protectors are optional but highly recommended.
Riders must not consume alcohol for the entire duration of the trackday event.
Please make sure you bike is fit for track riding and no loose accessories. Ensure brakes and tires are in good condition. There must be no oil or fluid leaks.
Each purchase allows entry for 1 motorcycle, 1 rider and 1 passenger.
Additional crew or support vehicles will need to purchase passes separately.
Participating motorcycles are allocated pit numbers and may not be changed.

IMPORTANT
After purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code.
Take note that this is not your actual ticket.
You will need to provide this QR code at the Ticketing Redemption Counters at the venue to redeem your wristband and other purchases.
Only the wristband grants access to the event.
There is a different wrist band for each of the 3 event days. (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
