CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALE

By proceeding with purchase of the tickets and participating in the Event (hereinafter defined), the ticket holder shall be deemed to have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Event including any amendments or variations to it and unequivocally accept the same in their entirety. All risks of registering for tickets online shall be understood and complied with by the ticket holder by purchasing and attending.

  • Malaysia Auto & Lifestyle 2025 (“the Event”) will be held from 13 June 2025 to 15 June 2025 at PETRONAS Sepang International Circuit (“the Venue”).

1. General Rules
   1. The Event has limited seating on a first-come, first-served basis.
   2. Outside Drinks and Food are not permitted.
   3. No professional filming or recording unless authorized by the organiser.
   4. Wristbands are colour coded in 3 different colours specifically for Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Only the right colour coded ticket on that specific day will be permitted to enter the exhibition hall. Re-entries are only permitted on the same day itself
   5. Visitors & Participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with attending the event, including those related to travel to and from the venue, such as weather changes, traffic delays, public transport disruptions, distance or limited parking availability.
   6. Visitors & Participants will be held liable for any damage caused to displayed items at the event. They also assume responsibility for any loss of personal property at the venue. Parents or guardians will be fully responsible for any damages caused by their children.
   7. The parent/guardian acknowledges that it is their responsibility to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions for themselves and the children under their care, and agrees to make all reasonable efforts to uphold their duty of care toward the children.
   8. All visitors & Participants agree to release the ORGANISER (KL Works Sdn Bhd) and PETRONAS Sepang International Circuit, Exhibitors, Sponsors, Partners, Agents from any liability regardless of whether injury or loss occurs before, during or after the Event.
   9. All visitors & Participants attend and park their vehicles at the event at their own risk.
   10. Motorsports is dangerous. By attending the event, all visitors and participants agree to the terms and conditions set out by the organiser.


2. Purchase and redemption of Tickets & Purchases.
   1. All transactions are performed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
   2. During the purchase of tickets & products at the website [https://malf.my/](“Ticketing Website”), you shall enter your Name (as per identity), your NRIC / Passport number, Mobile number, and valid email address.
   3. After purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code.
   4. Take note that this is not your actual ticket. You will need to provide this QR code at the Ticketing Redemption counters at the venue to redeem your wristband and other products. You will need to make sure you have collected all items before proceeding into the event. We will not replace lost or miscalculated products.
   5. Only the wristband grants access to the event.
   6. All ticket and product sales for the Event are subject to availability and to acceptance by the Organiser at its absolute discretion.
   7. NO CANCELLATION, REFUND or EXCHANGE OF TICKETS or PASSES or PRODUCTS is allowed.
   8. LOST or DAMAGE Wristbands or Passes will not be replaced
   9. The Organiser reserves the right to take action against any person who breaches any of the terms and conditions
   10. If the wrong email address is entered during the purchase and requires amendment, the ticket holder is responsible for notify the Ticketing Agent via email at enquiry@malf.my.


3. We reserve the right to refuse entry or redemption upon, but not limited to, the following events where:
   1. The ticket is tampered with, recycled or found in any way unacceptable to us; or
   2. Your credentials do not match the details registered;
      In such cases above, we shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any ticket or any failure or inability of the ticket holder to use a ticket or purchase for any reason.


4. The ticket holder shall:
   1. Observe the rules, policies and procedures of the Venue including in relation to health and safety and any reasonable instructions issued by the Organiser;
   2. Behave in a respectful, professional and appropriate way that does not breach the applicable laws or regulations or that risks bringing the Organiser into disrepute;


5. The ticket holder may be refused entry and / or be required to leave the Event if:
   1. Their conduct is deemed to be disorderly, abusive, damaging of property, failing to comply with any terms and/or rules imposed by the Venue or by the Organiser, as applicable; or
   2. Illegal items are brought into the Venue, including without limitation, weapons, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, laser pointers, strobe lights, and fireworks.


6. Your entry to the Venue may be subject to the further prevailing terms and conditions of entry by the Organiser.


7. General Sales Conditions
   1. Tickets booked are strictly not cancellable or exchangeable for another ticket or ticket category, nor exchangeable or redeemable for cash or in kind.
   2. We are not responsible if your ticket is lost, stolen or damaged. In such circumstances, no replacement will be provided.
   
   
   3. The Organiser may add, withdraw, or substitute and/or vary advertised programmes, Event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
   4. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during, or after the actual Event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability.
   5. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. For the latest Terms and Conditions, refer to the official website www.MALF.my
   6. By attending the event, you agree to be bound by these terms and any future amendments of these terms.
   
   
8. Event Cancellation and Postponement
   1. If the Event is postponed or cancelled, a postponement notice or a cancellation notice (collectively, the “Notices” or individually, a “Notice”) respectively shall be placed in the Event social media pages by the Producer and/or Organiser.


9. Privacy
   1. By proceeding with the registration, the ticket holder acknowledges and agree that we will gain access to, use, disclose, retain and otherwise process certain Personal Data provided by the ticket holder for the purpose of the Event. The applicable Personal Data and Privacy Policy is as set out at https://events.sigrisolution.com/policy/privacy (as may be amended from time to time).
